Furry Refuge Server Downtime – March 11th to After April 17th
Dear Furry Refuge community members,
We wanted to give you all a heads up that our servers will be going down from March 11th and will remain offline until after April 17th. The reason for this is that our server rack will need to be taken apart as we prepare to move to a new location.
While we’re excited about the move and the opportunities it will bring, we know that many of you rely on our servers for gaming and socializing, and we want to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
During this downtime, our chatrooms on Discord and Telegram chat platforms will still be available for furs to chat. You can access our Telegram chat room at telegram.furryrefuge.com and our Discord chat room at discord.furryrefuge.com. We welcome anyone and everyone who would like to join us in our chats, even though our servers will be down during this time.
We are doing everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible, and we hope to have the servers up and running again as soon as possible. However, due to the complexities of moving a server rack, we cannot guarantee that they will be back up by April 17th, which is when we will arrive at our new place of residence.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We know that our servers are an important part of the Furry Refuge community, and we are committed to getting them back online as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us on our social media channels. We’ll do our best to keep you updated on the status of the servers as we move forward with the move.

Donator Rank
We’re releasing a Furry Refuge Donator Rank in which we’ll have perks available for our game servers including being able to get support faster for issues that may arise in any game server. Our tech support is run by just one person right now and she’s also got a full-time job, making it harder to for her to give her time volunteering to help a community when she’s also got to provide for her household and pay her rent and bills. We respect that so donators will have preferential treatment not only to help her situation but also to thank donators for donating to our community and helping us it’s amazing that people care enough to keep us going. Our staff is all volunteers and 100% of all proceeds go straight back into the community to keep the servers up and improving them.
